ACT District Model The ACT District Model allows NCAIS schools to offer the ACT on-site during the school day to their students only. The ACT District Testing is open to all NCAIS schools that have at least one student testing. Two district administrations are available each year: Fall and Spring. Your students register directly with your school, and NCAIS works with you as the ACT District Coordinator to help with the details. Students have the advantage of a familiar testing environment.
