2018 NCAIS Annual Educators Conference
Exhibitor Information

We are looking forward to a fantastic conference this year! Once again, we have sold out of exhibit spaces, and have a running waiting list. Below is some pertinent information that will assist you in being well prepared for October 26th.

  • Please fill out this short information form as soon as possible. We will use your responses to assign tables in the NCAIS Marketplace exhibit hall. Note: Electricity is in very short supply. All efforts will be made to accommodate requests. We will have a charging station in Guest Services, located in the Marketplace.
  • Packages may be shipped the week of the event. Details on where to ship and how to label your packages can be found in the Exhibitor Packet.
  • We strongly encourage you to participate in the Passport program by donating a door prize. This is a crowd favorite and helps encourage participants to visit your table. We also hope that you will create "toolkit" handouts that can be added to the rings of participants. Directions can be found in your packet and the template can be downloaded here (Word version) and here (PDF version).
  • Exhibit spaces can be set up on Thursday, October 25 between 1:00-5:00pm. Please note the Exhibitor parking lot, marked in your Exhibitor Packet, so that you have the easiest path into the Alumni Gym. If you choose to set up on Friday, October 26, please plan on arriving at 7:00am so that your table is ready by 7:30am when participants will begin arriving.
  • Breakdown of the NCAIS Marketplace can begin at 2:00pm on Friday, October 26.
