9:00am Heads: Strengthening Your Ability to Build Effective Relationships | Stephanie Lischke, Positive Developments

In this highly interactive session, we will explore the dynamics that are present (and that must be navigated) whenever individuals interact with each other - in relationships, in work settings, in teams, etc.. Mismanaging these dynamics (either by not effectively managing your own behaviors or by misunderstanding others') can lead to less-effective teams, weak / strained relationships, and non-productive conflict. By learning more about how people are individually "wired" and how these differences can impact team effectiveness -- attendees will have a chance to increase their own self-awareness, and explore how to better navigate their interactions with others, strengthening team performance. Attendees will complete a self-assessment prior to attending; results will be provided during the session itself.
