Wednesday afternoon, we invite Heads of School, Trustees, CFOs, and School Leadership Teams to spend the afternoon with Mission & Data exploring role transition and organizational change. After the conclusion of their session, participants may select from a variety of breakout sessions, followed by a cocktail reception and dinner honoring Linda Nelson's tenure at NCAIS.

Thursday morning's group session for Heads, Trustees, and CFOs will explore the culture versus strategy tango as well as the importance of a strong relationship triad between the Head, Board Chair, and CFO. Lunch will include the annual business meeting for Heads of School. The afternoon will include a variety of breakout sessions. Thursday evening includes several networking opportunities for Heads of School, as CFOs and Trustees make their way back home.
