It's Personal: The Neuroscience Behind Leading in Challenging Times
A complimentary webinar presented by The Center for Creative Leadership

Monday, March 30
4:00 pm

Let’s be real. We are going through an unprecedented event, one that none of us have experience with and, we are being called on to lead our students, their caretakers, and our communities through this challenging time. We are tired. We are overwhelmed. We care.

We are all familiar with the cliché, in order to take care of others, we must first take care of ourselves (insert oxygen mask photo) but that is not the way most of us are wired. We chose to work in education because we are passionate about others, their growth and life preparation.

This webinar will address what we are all going through on a personal level and through neuroscience, research findings on control and resilience, and how we are experiencing the current learning curve, together we will learn how to better lead ourselves so we can be can there for others.
