Jada Monica Drew is recognized as a United Nations DPINGO – Youth at the Forefront Climate Change speaker, Jada has designed countless diversity and inclusion programs in the public and private sectors for more than a decade. She is the CEO of Social Designs; a social justice consulting firm. Social Designs provides leadership and diversity solutions for organizations and people across the globe by teaching the 4 C’s model; Car, Competence, Confidence, Community.  

Jada’s first book Revolutionize Now: Creative Leadership & Action for Social Change is a resource equipping educators, activists, business leaders, and youth with tools for self-discovery, creative thinking, community building, and tools for social change. Revolutionize Now Curriculum is being used in the higher education and k-12 sector in the US and internationally.  

She has been key in shaping organizations to be more inclusive and equitable in the US, Brazil, El Salvador, Barbados, and Puerto Rico to name a few places.  Connecting people and linking their commonalities has been her goal since Drew was young. Her interest in multiculturalism and diversity during undergraduate school started her quest to connect people with the purposes of healing and celebrating differences.  

For the last 8 years, Jada has been the director of the National Youth Action Project which serves youth from independent, public, and charter schools working to learn about social justice and the effects of race and white privilege in society. In 2011, Jada founded the Africana CHANGE Jr. Program at James B. Dudley High School, which centers identity development, empathy, heritage, and global leadership.  Her company, Social Designs also leads a study abroad experience for high school students seeking to explore food systems, global leadership, and environmental justice to Barbados annually.

Drew holds a master’s degree in global and international education with a peace education focus from Drexel University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and minors in African-American studies and Education from Guilford College. Locally, Jada serves on the ArtsGreensboro and national on American Friends Service Committee boards. When she’s taking a break from speaking, training, and traveling, Jada enjoys moments spent with family, eating savory meals, traveling, and laughing uncontrollably.
