Jennifer Moore is the Director of Admission and Financial Support at Trinity Episcopal School, a K-8 school in uptown Charlotte. She began her journey to be a teacher when her oldest son had a difficult year at a magnet school. Trinity was still considered a brand new school in 2003, and although the plan was for the boys to attend public schools, there was something special that drew her into the community at Trinity and instilled a desire in her to work towards becoming a teacher.

Through professional development opportunities available at Trinity, she spent several summers at Teacher's College at Columbia University in NYC, and she is Orton Gillingham certified. Jennifer fell in love with the five year olds and found her home in kindergarten as a Lead Teacher for several years before moving into the Admission office, where she now shepherds families through the process of a school search for their child. She has been asked to speak at area preschools on the topic of kindergarten readiness and when she is nowhere to be found, it's likely you'll find her with the kindergartners.
