	Meghan Hilleboe, Director of Prgrams Meghan has more than a decade of experience in the nonprofit sector. She graduated from The Florida State University with a BA in English. She has a heart for children and previously worked in early childhood education. She joined the NCAIS team in 2018 and has had many roles and responsibilities. Meghan and her husband, Mike, have two children, the oldest of whom will be a college freshman this fall. In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, walking with her dogs, and spending quality time with her family.
	Stephanie Keaney, Executive Director For more than 25 years, Stephanie Keaney has been involved in independent school education. She earned her BS in Elementary Education from Appalachian State University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Stephanie is a highly relational leader committed to empowering those around her. She has held various positions in her career, from classroom teacher to state-level leader. Stephanie has designed and delivered custom retreats, leadership development programs, and conferences for early-career professionals, classroom educators, and established leaders. Stephanie believes that all team members can lead from where they are by fostering an inclusive, purposeful, and process-oriented organizational culture. She is committed to supporting independent school leaders and has presented at conferences nationwide. In addition, she has served in various leadership roles and board positions with nonprofit and community service organizations.
	Leah Lambert, Community Engagement Coordinator Over the past 23 years, Leah taught English in Japan, worked in three different advertising agencies in three major US cities, read applications for UNC Chapel Hill and The Morehead-Cain Scholarship Program, and was a faculty member at Asheville School. In her 17 years at the school, she spent five as Associate Director of Admission & Director of Financial Aid and 12 as Director of the College Office, all the while serving as a student advisor, a dorm parent, the SAT/ACT/AP Coordinator, a member of the Strategic Planning Committee, and more. Leah lives on the Asheville School campus with her husband, an AP Chemistry teacher and coach, and their two children. She loves to read, run, hike, and travel.
	Rebecca Slay, Director of Finance Rebecca has been with the NCAIS team since 2017. Originally from Northern Ohio, Rebecca graduated from UNC Charlotte with a B. A. in History. She worked for 10 years with the YMCA of Greater Charlotte, starting with the Marketing and Communications staff and later serving as the Finance Director for one of the branches. As a CPA in private practice, she enjoyed working with a variety of small businesses and nonprofits. Rebecca earned the SHRM-SCP certification in July 2022. She has two children who are graduates of an independent school.
	Cameron Bolin, Social Media Director and Performing Arts Fest Director Cameron Bolin is an accomplished music educator, pianist, vocalist, and conductor. She has a Bachelor of Music degree in piano performance and a Master of Arts in Teaching in Music K-12 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Cameron has fifteen years of choral teaching experience from K-12, earning numerous superior ratings and awards for her choral programs at regional competitions. Most recently served as the Upper School Choral Director, Musical Director, and Private Lessons Administrator at Ravenscroft, where she was honored with the Qubain Award for Teaching Excellence. As a music educator, Cameron is passionate about teaching music literacy and infusing theory in her choral rehearsals. Cameron is pursuing a Doctorate in Music Education from Boston University. Cameron and her husband reside in Raleigh with their two boys, Taylor and Drew.
	Bonnie Meyer, Administrative Assistant Bonnie joined NCAIS in 2023. She received a B.S. in Physical Education: Athletic Training from Valparaiso University. A strong advocate for children, she has held various leadership positions in her children's schools and her church, including being Co-Director of the Children's Ministry. She loves reading, cooking, taking long walks in her neighborhood, and traveling. Bonnie and her husband have 2 children and a sweet dog named Lucy.
	Dr. Ayesha Swinton, Community Connections Coordinator Ayesha cannot seem to squelch her passion for learning. She earned a BA in Romance Languages at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. At the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, she earned her Master’s Degree in Education with a concentration in Spanish Teacher Leadership and her Doctorate in Educational Studies with a focus on Teacher Education. She taught for almost 20 years and is the current Interim Director of the Office of Transformation and Inclusion at Guilford College. She is the former Director of Diversity and Belonging, Upper School Spanish teacher, and the founder of the student group Student Diversity Leadership Council (SDLC) at Greensboro Day School. Ayesha also has a passion for language learning, cultural engagement, and diversity and a fondness for teaching with digital technology. In her career, she has organized various cultural events at both the school and district levels. She also loves traveling and has led domestic and international student trips. Underneath all of the different hats she wears as an educator, she feels blessed to be able to learn about the infinite perspectives and experiences of others continuously. She loves to sing with the choir at her church, and she lives in McLeansville with her supportive spouse and two wonderful children. When she wants to let her brain rest, she reads cheesy romance novels, watches cartoons, and dances like everyone is watching.
