Spend two days with fellow Heads, Trustees, and Business Officers immersed in relevant topics and engaging in rich and intentional conversations.  Risk management and strategic planning will be the themes of the conference this year. A presentation by United Educators' Alex Miller on Cybersecurity will kick off our conference on Wednesday, followed by various breakout sessions and full-group presentations. Thursday will begin with NAIS Senior Vice President, a thought-provoking presentation by Jefferson Burnett with NAIS, followed by a "roll up your sleeves" session on Strategic Agility with Kathy Pearson, President and Founder of Enterprise Learning.  We'll wrap up Thursday with Debra Wilson, incoming president of SAIS and current legal counsel for NAIS, as well as a variety of breakout sessions. 

**PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE IN BILLING FOR THIS YEAR'S EVENT:  Pine Needles has divided the food and lodging costs so that participants who choose to stay in an alternate location can more easily see the breakdown of costs.

  • Meals are NOT included in lodging this year. This is a change.
  • Rather than paying a bundled price per night which included meals, you will pay $120-125/night for your room to the hotel 
  • Food costs for everyone will be paid directly to NCAIS as a part of registration
  • The total cost for all meals during three day event is $150
Cost: NCAIS Business Officers: $345 (includes $195 registration for event and $150 for all meals during the Business Officer portion of the conference)
Non-Member Business Officers: $395 (includes registration for event and all meals during the Business Officer portion of the conference)
