Organization Overview
Little Learners Big Connections (LLBC) is an early childhood education consultancy where purpose meets play. We partner with independent schools, preschools, childcare centers, faith-based communities, and families to create research-informed, play-based learning rooted in connection.
Founded by Renée Evelyn Fuller, an educator and school leader with 20 years of international experience, LLBC helps schools build environments where children thrive. Through observations, modeling, coaching, curriculum design, and professional learning, we help teachers turn intentional practices into lasting change.
Three Pathways, One Cornerstone
One research base and design philosophy; only the entry point changes.
Foundations: Multidisciplinary, multisensory curriculum rooted in play.
Formation: Developmentally appropriate spiritual formation integrating spirituality and neuroscience, regardless of religion or doctrine.
Families: Co-regulation and connection practices that strengthen the home-school partnership.
