Organization Overview
North Carolina Destination Imagination (NCDI) brings the internationally recognized Destination Imagination (DI) program to students across the state. DI is a student-driven S.T.E.A.M. experience that develops creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and real-world problem-solving skills through
engaging, open-ended Challenges.
Student teams select a Challenge in areas such as Engineering, Science, Fine Arts, Service Learning, and Technology, then work together to design and present their own unique solutions. Along the way, they build valuable skills in teamwork, communication, leadership, project
management, and innovation.
