Janice Crampton is the Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Association of Independent School Admission Professionals (AISAP). The Board of Directors appointed her to this role in July 2007. With over forty years of experience in school and university settings, Janice leads AISAP, a global association dedicated to supporting and advancing individuals in admission and enrollment management. 
 
AISAP's mission is to assist professionals in fulfilling their responsibilities to enhance institutional mission and financial sustainability. As the primary resource and advocate for independent school admission and enrollment management professionals, AISAP under Janice's guidance has established guidelines for ethical behavior, best practices, and standards in this field.
 
Janice has spearheaded initiatives such as the Certification for Admission and Enrollment Management Professionals (CAEP ©), Consultancy Services, and Practitioner Solutions. These programs and services aim to educate and propel the profession forward globally. With her expertise and commitment, Janice is a recognized admission and enrollment management leader, often speaking at conferences and contributing to thought leadership discussions on the subject. A graduate of Bucknell University with a degree in Economics, Janice has received various certificates and credentials in non-profit Board Governance, Admission and Enrollment Management (AEMP), and a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard Graduate School of Education and Business. 

As founder of AdvancementEDU, Chris Dudley leverages over two decades of experience in higher education leadership, major gift fundraising, marketing, sponsorship sales, business development, and operations to provide high-level advice and strategy for heads of school, college presidents, and chief development officers.

Chris served in senior leadership at High Point University in High Point, NC, during a time of unprecedented growth and transformation. For ten years, as Senior Vice President for Administration and Chief of Staff, he led operational areas, including: security, transportation, food services, maintenance, janitorial, landscaping, construction, events, and community relations, among others. For eight years, he served as Senior Vice President for Development, leading a team that raised $450 million.

Crickett Kasper, CASE

Crickett Kasper is the senior director of schools for CASE. After being a member of the organization for decades, she joined the CASE team in August of 2023. She is a Baltimore native, the mother of two small children, and the partner of an educator and freelance writer.

Crickett is a career advancement professional, having worked in independent schools, international schools, nonprofit radio, and higher education for more than 19 years. She specializes in building teams and supporting school communities interested in establishing or enhancing their advancement programs. Her work with CASE supports our international and independent school programs and members.

Crickett comes to her position with CASE having led advancement teams at schools in three countries. Most recently she served as the Chief Advancement Officer for Singapore American School where she was the senior leader responsible for the integrated advancement program and community outreach to parents and alumni. This included building the structures and relationships for the launch of a $50 Million SGD capital campaign to support a full campus rebuild and renovation. Her other school experiences includes spearheading the advancement program for Shanghai American School and working with both St. Paul’s Schools in Baltimore, Maryland.

In her role at CASE, Crickett serves as an industry insider, expert, and thought-leader for schools globally. Professional facilitation and speaking engagements include serving as a key speaker and collaborator for CASE-NAIS, the International Schools European Forum, CASE APAC, Congreso, the Common Fund Institute at Yale, and other regional conferences and gathering.


 

 
Andy has served in many roles in education for 20+ years, including 13 years in independent schools. He brings a unique perspective to his current role as Director of Philanthropy at Forsyth Country Day School having worked in corporate client development and management in addition to his educational roles as a Director of Professional Development, teacher, coach and advisor.
Andy is not new to NCAIS as he has presented at the annual conference, served as host chair for the 2012 Annual Conference, served on the NCAIS Executive Committee and currently facilitates the monthly advancement cohort Zoom meeting.

Andy’s passion is to ensure that schools are cohesive communities that are preparing students for what’s ahead. He enjoys creating innovative strategies to connect members of school communities and the greater community with this mission.

Aaron Craven is a highly skilled leader in philanthropy and community engagement, with extensive experience as an educator, project manager, and certified SCRUM Master. Currently, he is the Associate Director of Philanthropy and Community Engagement and Director of Annual Giving at Forsyth Country Day School. Aaron is known for his exceptional ability to build strong relationships with families and stakeholders, resulting in substantial funding and support for the school's initiatives. His passion for education has driven him to make a positive impact on the lives of students and the community.

In addition to his work at Forsyth Country Day, Aaron is an accomplished musician, holding a bachelor’s degree in music education K-12 with an emphasis in string bass performance and a minor in piano performance from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and a master’s degree in double bass performance/music pedagogy from the University of Tennessee. He has also served as a guest conductor for a number of county and state orchestras throughout the southeast, and is the most recent past president of the North Carolina Chapter of the American String Teachers Association.
Allan Burrows has been with Capital Development Services since 1994 and president since 2006. He manages the company's marketing, operations, campaign and search divisions, and presents to dozens of conferences and board sessions every year. Allan is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, and began his development career at the Baptist Children’s Homes of North Carolina and at the North Carolina Child Advocacy Institute. In his 30+ years of fundraising experience, Allan has led campaigns and development work throughout the Southeast for a broad array of nonprofits, and is experienced at working with leadership on all aspects of philanthropy. He is passionate about engaging clients and people in realizing that philanthropy is more than just “fundraising.” He is a frequently requested and dynamic speaker, known for sharing relevant and interesting stories from his own experience with CapDev clients. A North Carolina native, Allan has served on numerous nonprofit boards over the years, including two terms with the N.C. Center for Nonprofits, and was awarded the Triad AFP Lifetime Achievement for Fundraiser of the Year in 2011.

Evan Harris 

Evan Harris is a national expert on emerging AI risks in schools, with a focus on deepfake abuse and digital safety. He has advised the Office of the First Lady, the Texas State Senate, and the General Counsel of the National Association of Independent Schools, where he co-authored their legal guide on deepfake sexual abuse. A former teacher and administrator with a decade of experience in independent schools, Evan holds a master’s in Private School Leadership from Teachers College and was a Technology Ethics Fellow at Stanford’s Human-Centered AI Institute. Today Evan serves as the President of Pathos Consulting Group and as a crisis communications consultant for The Jane Group.
