2026 Middle & Upper School Educators Conference

Innovative Teaching for a Changing Educational Landscape

Tuesday, February 24, 2026
8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (EST)

Join us for an inspiring and practical professional learning experience designed specifically for middle and high school educators and administrators. This conference brings together innovative strategies, real-world applications, and actionable insights to help you elevate teaching, enhance student learning, and build thriving school communities.

We kick off with an energizing keynote by Dr. Glova, “Blueprint to Innovation,” where attendees will explore how to move beyond the buzzword of innovation. Through compelling stories and practical strategies, Dr. Glova will empower educators to become creative problem-solvers and catalysts for change—nurturing curiosity, courage, and growth in themselves and their students.

Breakout sessions cover a wide range of topics that address the most pressing needs in today’s schools, including:

  • Student Growth and Success: Strategies for fostering executive functioning, study skills, social-emotional learning, and student ownership of learning.

  • Innovative Teaching and Learning: Practical approaches for gamification, project-based learning, digital portfolios, and student-driven inquiry across disciplines.

  • Supporting Educators and School Communities: Effective onboarding, competency-based practices, advisory programs, and tools to streamline curriculum design and classroom management.

Attendees will leave with actionable insights, practical strategies, and hands-on ideas that can be implemented immediately in their classrooms and schools. This conference is an opportunity to connect with peers, explore innovative practices, and return to your school energized and equipped to inspire meaningful growth for both educators and students.
