Developing Intentional and Confident Leadership Skills
This three-day Leadership Institute will develop the innate leadership abilities of promising employees. Selected leaders will participate in a school-year long experience that includes research-based best practice in leadership development as well as work with certified Executive Coach Michelle Bostian, enabling leaders to navigate barriers and achieve meaningful success. This intensive is designed for those looking for the next step in their careers.
Over the course of the year, participants will:
- Complete a research-based personality tool
- Attend three full-day, in-person workshops with Michelle Bostian (Bostian Coaching and Consulting):
- October 18, 2024 (held in Charlotte)
- December 6, 2024 (held in Greensboro)
- March 7, 2025 (held in Greensboro)
- Engage in two group coaching sessions
- Select and attend an additional NCAIS leadership opportunity during the 2024-25 school year (Heads, Trustees and CFOs Conference, Women in Leadership, Administrators of Color, Christian School Leadership, or Academic Leadership)
Target Audience: Individuals seeking renewal or advancement through personal and professional growth
Cohort Size: Please note this group is limited to 24 participants.
