Every year, Administrators of Color from across North Carolina come together to address a unique and vital mission: how to lead with excellence, integrity, and authenticity within our independent school communities.
Leadership is most effective when supported by a robust and affirming network. We believe that the strongest independent schools are those that empower a range of voices at the highest levels of governance and operations.
This community of practice includes not only the administrators within our schools but also the strategic partners and organizations who provide the resources, mentorship, and professional opportunities that help these leaders—and their institutions—reach their full potential.
