Join us for an engaging and interactive School Safety Workshop led by Greg Pass of SE24, specially designed to strengthen your school’s crisis management and response strategies. During this session, you’ll review your current crisis management plan, learn best practices, and collaborate to identify areas for improvement. Hands-on tabletop exercises will help you practice real-life decision-making and response skills.
Our workshop covers what to do before, during, and after a crisis—including how to handle the physical, legal, and community impacts—and will equip you with practical tools to navigate turmoil and support recovery. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, discuss challenges, and leave with actionable insights to keep your school safe.

Greg Pass, SE24
Greg Pass retired as a Lieutenant with the Prince William County Police Department
after 25 years in the Washington, D.C. National Capital Region. As an Assistant
Commander of the full-time SWAT team, he served on regional committees focused on
mass attack preparedness. Greg brings real-world experience from incidents such as
the Beltway Sniper attacks and develops evidence-based training programs informed by
analysis of 750+ attacks and over two dozen survivor interviews. He is a consultant with
SE24 and serves on the board of the VTV Family Outreach Foundation, founded by
survivors of the 2007 Virginia Tech attack.
