2027 Lower School Educators Conference

The NCAIS Lower School Educators Conference brings together educators and school leaders for a day of professional learning, collaboration, and connection focused on the unique opportunities and challenges of working with young learners.

Throughout the day, participants will learn from fellow NCAIS educators and guest speakers, explore practical strategies and new ideas, and engage in meaningful conversations with colleagues from independent schools across the state. Sessions will address timely topics relevant to today’s Lower School classrooms and school communities, with opportunities to share experiences, resources, and best practices.

Participants will leave with fresh ideas, practical tools, and new connections to support their work with students and strengthen the learning experience in their schools.
